It the duty of our clients to carefully fill in the form ‘M’ , process it with their bank and follow it up the pre- shipment inspection agent office until it has been dispatched to the country of supply.
By handling the administration form, we assist the clients’ supplier with the inspection agent to ensure the efficient handling of documentation as well as follow up the issuance of the soncap and arrange immediate pick-up through the bank for quick process of customs clearance.

For incoming freight container, we offer a complete lump sum package including custom clearance and examination, all port handling charges, shipping company charges storage, container demurrage, removal from block stack, manifest amendment and delivery, all for one fix amount.

Our only condition is that, complete and correct clearing documents must be available to us prior to the vessel’s arrival. Custom duty must be paid within 24 hours after upon receipt of our duty debit note and our clients act on any query within 24 hours after notification by us.

For any delay caused by the consignee on these issues, we charge additional storage/demurrage and as well we take responsibility of any other delay. NAFDAC and SONCAP payments are inclined and will be debited as per outlay.

Pre-shipment inspection is not required for cargo designated for the free zone.

A joint inspection is carried out upon arrival of cargo with the inspection agent and the customs authorities in the free zone and clean reports of the inspection are issued by appropriate inspection agent.
